SQUATS
If I were to pick one single lower body exercise to do it would be squats. It targets multiple muscles while doing a single exercise. Listed below are different variations of squats from beginners to intermediate, and to advanced. Pick whichever one feels comfortable and build your way up.
SQUAT TECHNIQUE1. Feet slightly wider then shoulders width apart
2. Feet turned slightly outwards 3. Bend the knees and drop your hips to lower body (Keep heels flat) 5. Pause at the bottom and then push back up and repeat the exercise Common Mistakes
