DAREBEE FITNESS ON YOUR TERMS
Darebee is a non-profit organization run by and maintained by volunteers and fitness professionals. The goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone and not just those who have the resources to pay for it. There is different workouts and programs that are accessible for free to download. Just click on the gray tab to explore the Darebee website.

Some information on some of the sections on the site:
- Workouts: This section has different workouts and by clicking on the filter you can choose what body parts to target, the level of difficulty, what type of equipment, etc. It also shows you the illustrations on the different exercises you do.
- Programs: This section has different fitness programs that focus on different things. The difficulty level varies if you are new to body weight training pick the foundation or foundation light program. Also, pick something that you think you will enjoy and look forward to everyday. Let's move through life together!
- Challenges: This section has different challenges that range from to specific workouts, to drinking water, or eating vegetables everyday. I believe that a great way to start working on yourself is by picking one challenge. As human being we tend to want to do everything at once but taking a small step and working towards a healthy lifestyle has worked for me. I challenge you to pick a challenge.
- Running: This section has different running challenges to build up your respiratory endurance. Pick one that you think you will enjoy and just do it! :)
- Nutrition: This section has a lot of great resources on nutrition and what you need to know about eating for a healthy lifestyle.
- Video Exercise Library: The darebee website has page called video exercise library when you scroll all the way at the bottom. This page contains all the exercises in the workouts. If you don't know how to do any of the exercises make sure to look for this page.
