Pull-ups and chin-ups
Pull ups and Chin ups are a great exercise to do. They workout several different muscle groups all at once. The muscles in your back, abdominal, back, and arms. They are a great indicator of overall strength. For some people they come easier and for others like me they are hard to do. When I was a freshman in high school I could only do one pull-up but now I have built my strength over the years by practicing and pushing myself to get be better (You are capable of doing the same). One of the ways to build your pull-ups is just by simply holding on the bar, doing the flex hang, doing negative pull-ups, body rows, and then eventually doing a pull-up.
