BURPEE TECHNIQUE
1. Basic Burpee
-Start from standing position
-Go down and put your feet out
-Bring back your feet in and then stand up
2. Burpee With Rotations
-Start from standing position
-Go down and put your feet out
-As you are in the push up position, raise one hand all the way up to the side, and then do the same with other hand
-Bring back your feet in and then stand up
3. Burpee With Push-ups
-Start from standing position
-Go down and put your feet out
-Do a push-up
-Bring back your feet in and then stand up
4. Burpee - With Push-ups and Explode Up
-Start from standing position
-Go down and put your feet out
-Do a push-up
-Bring back your feet in and then jump as high as you can (explode up)
